Potential basic earnings in first 18 months: £23K plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

The successful candidate will be based in the Stanton by Dale office (DE7). Due to office location the candidate will hold a UK Driving Licence and have their own car to commute to work and occasionally for business purposes when visiting Clients. However, it will be possible to use a company car during working hours whenever available.

Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Account Manager

The Role

You will be working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Executives, Branch Manager and the Clients to ensure that candidates’ availability and suitability is in place.

In addition, good organisational skills and planning will assist in the effective management of interviewing, fulfilling Client requirements and contract management.

The role is NOT Front Line Sales but will require commercial awareness when developing accounts, again HEADS will provide both on the job coaching and internal training to maximise your potential.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include…

·        Understanding client’s requirements

·        Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract candidates and maintain availability of registered candidates

·        Contacting candidates regarding available work and suitability

·        Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites

·        Maintaining contact with clients and required recruitment needs

·        Maintaining regular contact with recruited candidates and ad-respondents to keep them informed of developments and opportunities

·        Attending and carrying out interview sessions within your region to assess suitability and availability of candidates for roles within your region

·        Obtaining new business leads from candidate registration and market awareness
