The Candidate


Ideally you will be a graduate with previous experience within a customer service orientated and fast paced environment. You will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone being able to build excellent relationships.

Ideally, you will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes… 

  • Experience with customer service, retail, fast food management or account management

  • Professional telephone manner and appearance

  • Must have a solid and consistent employment history

  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English

  • Must have an engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust

  • An ambitious and competitive nature

  • Confident

  • Must have a full driving license and ideally own transport as the role will involve occasional travel

  • Excellent work ethic

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to run multiple projects

The Role

You will be in a position where you are working with business professionals and senior management figures but will also deal with candidates from every walk of life. You will quickly develop a good understanding of your sector and we can help to develop your knowledge base from our 30 plus years of experience in the market. Your main roles and responsibilities will include…

  • Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required timeframe.

  • Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract candidates and maintain availability of labour pool.

  • General administrative duties including managing KPI’s such as attendance, fulfilment, pick rates etc.

  • Contacting candidates for a variety of roles and making an initial assessment of their skill set and work history.

  • Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites.

  • Carrying out inductions for new starters.

  • Maintaining contact with clients and speaking with prospects with a view to increasing revenue.

  • Daily downloading of messages from ad lines for each sub team

  • Attending and carrying out interview sessions within your region to assess suitability and availability of candidates for roles within your region.
