HEADS Recruitment is advertising this vacancy on behalf of our Client, who is one of the global leaders in manufacturing electronic measuring devices. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for additional operatives to expand their current team within a production environment of this major Manufacturing Group in the Stockport area.

The Role

• Full Time (38 hours per week)
• Overtime available
• Ongoing work
• Leading to permanent position (after qualifying period)

These contracts are long term work, within a modern and supportive environment with excellent systems of training and realistic prospects of permanent contracts for individuals that excel.

The Candidate

Due to the fast pace and level of detail needed, it is important that candidates have relevant previous experience that will entail:-

• Detailed assembly
• Testing
• Quality Control
• Highly dexterous

As the job entails a high level of repetition, the successful candidates will:-

• Be able to be quality focused at all time
• Have high level of dexterity and manual handling
• Be able to prove previous experience in working on similar position
• Be flexible (working long hours, rotational weekends, extra shifts)
• Be reliable, enthusiastic and punctual
