£15,500 – £18,900

Formby

Monday to Friday. 5 week rotation. 3 weeks 8am to 5pm. 1 week 10am to 7pm. 1 week 12pm to 9pm. There is also 1 Saturday to be worked every 5 weeks.

Temporary to Permanent

Customer Service Advisor

The Role

       Processing telephone orders

       Calling back people who have enquired online

       Answering general customer enquires 

       Point of contact for all customer support needs

       Answering e-mails and live chat questions in a timely and professional manner

       Liaising with suppliers

       Building rapport, showing empathy and understanding

       Putting Customers at ease by fact finding and reassuring them throughout the process.

       Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs

       Instigating solutions to help the customer, using negotiation skills where needed

       Management of your own daily work flow to ensure maximum efficiency

The Candidate

You will be an experienced customer service adviser who has worked in a call center or retail background. You will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes…

       Organised and methodical approach to workload, with meticulous attention to detail

       Effective communicator at all levels

       Passion for delivering excellent customer service

       Outstanding telephone manner and rapport building skills

       Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

       Self-motivated, adapting positively to change

       Excellent IT skills; ability to update and utilise the in-house computer systems

       Readily accepts responsibility 

       Upbeat and positive attitude

       Team worker

       Good listener
