The Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills, experiences and attributes…

  • Administration Experience would be essential.
  • The candidate MUST have Excel experience.
  • Must have previous experience in Office Administration
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A thorough approach to work
  • Keeping to deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • A good level of numeracy and computer literacy



The Role

This role will include a variety of tasks, working within the Finance Department and will require someone with the ability to learn quickly. Duties will include the following:

  • Creating and maintaining organised filing systems.
  • Data inputting
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis.  Arranging any courier and special delivery requests.
  • Some office paperwork, including, photo-copying, scanning, filing
  • General administration duties for the office
