Hours Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – 37.5 hours per week

The Candidate

•                    The ideal candidate will possess a B2B sales experience, preferably gained, but not limited to selling aftersales solutions.

•                    Experience of working in a Industrial or Manufacturing Environment would be beneficial but not essential. 

•                    You will have excellent communication skills and self-motivation.

•                    You will be  web and mobile savvy, proficient at delivering results and keen to progress your career. 

•                    Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills

•                    Microsoft office suite proficient

•                    Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) or similar

Account Manager – Aftersales

As an account manager your prime responsibility will be to target prospective and exisiting customers to close oportunities. You will grow and establish relationships to sell the companyis aftersales products. You will also work very closely with the Service team preparing reports and dealing with client queries in a professional and efficient manner. Your role will be B2B focused.

The Role

•                    Build accounts and develop global relationships

•                    Outbound calls to all existing accounts on a regular basis and manage all inbound calls, responding to incoming enquiries efficiently and professionally         

•                    CRM use daily

•                    Ability to provide technical and insightful recommendations to clients

•                    Identify and convert new and existing business opportunities

•                    Networking online 

•                    Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure you are aware of business opportunities

•                    Planning regular sales calls

•                    Management of client accounts

•                    Questioning customers to find out about their needs

•                    Upselling and cross selling of the company range

•                    Providing quotations to customers on various products

•                    Ensure targeted products are sold in order to meet business KPIs

•                    Ensure individual targets are adhered to

•                    Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their sales inquiries
