- You will have previous sales/account management experience within a business to business environment.
- Confident, professional and a clear communicator, you will be keen to develop your career within this thriving, energetic and friendly environment.

- Strong inter-personal skills – able to nurture relationships at all levels
- Follow up incoming leads from marketing and convert to customers.
- Prepare quotes as necessary and enter onto the CRM and Pipeline systems.
- Quote follow up with rigorous consistency and discipline.
- Make appointments with new customers from marketing leads for the Face to Face rep.
- Hand over accounts to the existing business team.
- Micro-manage the sales pipeline, maximising the potential in there.
- Ensure you prepare the reps for customer visits and give them a complete picture of the potential customer.
- Maintain and manage accounts regularly through to the handover stage.
- Ensure every opportunity is followed up and that quotes from the costing department are sent out in a timely manner.
